Managing a subscription

Apple manages Interval subscriptions. On iPhone or Mac, open your Apple account settings and choose Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel a plan. If a purchase is missing in Interval, use Restore Purchases in the app first.

Website lifetime purchases

Website access costs £15.99 once, with no monthly or annual renewal. After purchase, Interval emails you a download-page link and an activation key starting INT-. Open the download page, paste that key and your Mac download starts automatically. Open the DMG and drag Interval to Applications. Keep the same key for activation in the app. One licence covers two Macs. You pay before downloading; there is no website trial. Public Mac 1.0 is available from the Mac App Store. App Store purchases are separate from website purchases. Apple shows current pricing and trial eligibility before purchase. The Mac 1.1 update is pending Apple review and release on both download channels.

Lost your activation key? Choose “Lost your activation key?” on the download page to recover it using your purchase email. Email verification is required for recovery and removing an old Mac; verification codes last one hour. If you still need help, email support with your Stripe receipt. Website purchases and App Store subscriptions are separate. See the website purchase terms for delivery and refund details.

Recording in the Mac 1.1 update

Mac 1.1 is pending Apple review and release; it is not yet available from the App Store or website. The Mac 1.1 update adds opt-in microphone and Mac audio recording, on-device transcription and recoverable local drafts. Generated draft notes require supported Apple Intelligence hardware, language and settings; you can keep the transcript without it. Public Mac 1.0 supports manual notes.

Choose a current meeting with full access, open its notes and start recording yourself. Let everyone know before recording. macOS requires Microphone and Screen & System Audio Recording permission in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Mac audio can include calls through headphones, other apps and notifications; no screen images are saved. Use headphones to reduce echoes. Apple’s speech model may need to download on first use.

Recording stops when the meeting ends or changes, your Mac sleeps, access ends, or one hour elapses. If transcription fails, keep the recovery draft and retry. Review the transcript and draft notes before saving; without Apple Intelligence, you can edit and save the transcript. Saving or discarding clears the recording draft; saved notebook notes are deleted separately. See recording and retention details.
